IT4Dorset offer home visits and pickup/drop off plans.
Overview
We send a technical adviser to your address, to view the issue you might be having. Make it a lot easier for the user, if cables needs to unplug, risk of damage equipment or person and just to put the user’s mind at rest. Our technical adviser can review the issue and may have to take equipment away from the home, for further investigation.
This service we normally charge £85 for the first hour, if we are only at the property for 30 min, we will only charge half price. After the first hour is us, we normally charge £65 but in most cases our technical adviser will talk the issue with user and arrange a deal. In other cases we will have to quote.
We do offer OAP/Student/MOD service discount, subject to terms and conditions.

We are available Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 18:00 and Friday 09:00 – 17:30 on 01202 925725 or Office@it4dorset.com. Out of hour calls can be arrange, as long that its been discussed in opening hours
